the location was good (close to termini station). the staff was very helpful and friendly. breakfast offered a reasonable selection, including gluten-free bread. i appreciated that.
the room was quite small, and i found the bathroom to be cramped. the street outside was noisy at night. i also missed having coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

the staff was really helpful. They even looked up metro times for me. they offered city maps at the counter. The receptionist marked some nearby sights and provided directions. the wifi worked very well and the room had modern sockets with usb ports!
The breakfast room got a little noisy when they started preparing at 5:00 am. I could hear the conversations clearly.

the breakfast room is small but very cute! pastries are from a local bakery and taste very good, there was a single tart, melon, and pineapple already cut, and tea bags available.

The metro station is a quick five-minute walk away. the main entrance closes in the evening. There is an intercom and 24-hour staff. i saw police and military patrols frequently, so i safe area walking at night.

the location is quite excellent. it is close to the main station and right in the city center. the room was clean and spacious..
the street next to the hotel is noisy at night. i could hear glass garbage being collected at 2.30 a.m. the windows definitely need to be changed as i could hear every single word from the street.
